Wedding

This past weekend, we attended Dan and Kim's wedding.  Emma this was your first wedding.  Daddy was part of the wedding party.  Thanks to Grandma Stephens for watching you during the reception.  You had fun with her as you smiled, laughed, and talked. 

3 Months

Emma we can't believe that you are already 3 months old.  You are growing up way too fast.

Weight: 9lbs 0.5 oz

Length: 22 Inches

Head: 15.25 Inches

You have grown so much.  Since you were born, you grew 5 inches.  You just started wearing some 0-3 month clothes.  You are in size 1 diapers.  You are sleeping through the night.  You have been sleeping through the night since you were 8.5 weeks old.  You love to smile and talk.  You laugh and are blowing bubbles.  You love to stand and even push yourself into the standing position.  You are eating about 100-110 ml 5 times a day.  We still need to mix in the special formula because the doctor wants you to gain more weight.  Peanut we love you so much and thank God every day that we were blessed with you.  You are our angel.

Today we went to Target and had your pictures taken.  you did a great job.  It was very hard for Mommy to pick what pictures to order.  The following pictures were taken later in that night after to photos at Target.

Daddy golfed this night and it was very special for him.  He made a hole-in-one golfing.  He was very excited.

Happy Mothers Day

I was finally able to have a mothers day and it was very special.  It was even extra special as Emma got baptized and I got to spend Mothers day with family too.  Thanks to everyone that was able to spend the day with us and also thanks to Aunt Kris and Uncle Chuck for being Emma's Godparents.  You were sleeping during the service, but when Father started to baptize you, you woke up, but you didn't cry :)

Mommy's 1st Mothers Day.  I'm so happy to have you in my life.  We have waited a long time to be blessed with a baby.  Every day I cry because you make me so happy and glade that I get to spend so much time with you.  For those smiles that melt my heart.  We love you so much Emma.   

Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there and to the women that want to be moms. 

 

Play Time

Emma you love the kicking machine.  It didn't take you long to figure out that if you kick it, the machine plays music and things move.  You will spend half an hour under the machine.

After a bath.  You really like to kick and splash in the tub.  You cry when we take you out of the tub.  The first time you did this, Daddy came running upstairs to check on us to make sure everything was ok.
