Happy 1st Birthday - 12 Months

Where does the time go.  We can't believe that you are already 1.  The past 12 months have gone by so fast.  You walk behind everything.  I don't think it will be long before you walk.  You are eating more and more of what Mommy and Daddy are eating.  You are in size 12 months clothes and wear a size 2 diaper.  You say 3 words  (Mama, Dada, Bay for Bailey).  You love to wave and point at everything.  You like when people touch their finger to your finger.  You know when you want to be held and by who.  You crawl or walk over to them or holdout your hands if someone else is holding you.

You with the outfit you came home from the hospital in.  You are getting so big.

Mommy and Daddy got you a bike and little people castle.  You like both of them.  Can't wait to use the bike outside.  You crawl over to your bike and push it around.

You are an angel and we can't imagine life without you.  You bring joy to our life everyday.  

Emma's 1st Birthday Party
Today we celebrated your 1st birthday party.  We can't believe you are 1.  We had a Mickey Mouse clubhouse themed party.  Well more Minnie Mouse.

Grandma Stephens made you ears.  She made ears for all the kids.

Grandma Dahl made you a bib for the day.  Thanks Grandma.

Grandma Stephens made your cake.  Mommy had her stumped on how she was going to do the clubhouse, but she figured it out.  She made a lot of cake.  There were 4 cake mixes with your cake, the big cake and all the cup cakes. 

What is this stuff???

Yeah, I don't link it.  You didn't get into your cake.  You tried a little bit of the frosting and that was it.  You didn't like it.

Since Avalyn and you have the same skirt we had to get a picture.

Happy last day of being zero.  We love you so much Emma.  You have made our life so much brighter.  You truly our an angel.  Happy Birthday peanut. 

Happy Valentines Day

Emma, you had a lot of Valentine's Day outfits so we had multiple days of Valentine's Day.

 

Daddy had to get you this outfit.  Daddy's Little valentine.  He thought you should wear it on Valentine's Day, but you had to wear your 1st Valentine's Day shirt instead and since it is also mommy's birthday, you couldn't wear a daddy's shirt on her birthday.

You also had a Valentine's Day party at daycare.  You had to bring in Valentine's for all the other kids.
